Payment Policy
Our office does not bill insurance, so our patients pay at the time of service. We accept cash, check or Visa/ Mastercard. Many patients submit their statements to their insurance companies for reimbursement. Each patient’s insurance coverage is different. You will need to check with your insurance company to see what your policy will cover.

The only exception to this rule is in the case of a patient with an open claim on a Personal Injury Protection policy. We will bill a patient’s PIP claim to cover the cost of our services.

We also accept Medicare patients.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy and Appointment Contract:

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you please provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. There will be a $30.00 fee charged for missed or cancelled appointments without 24 hours notice. An insurance provider will not pay for these charges to your account. Appointment times are given as estimated times that patients will be seen by the doctor. The length of the office visit is based on the needs of each individual patient in the clinic and there may be minimal or extended delays.
